1. Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between the Odonta Index AI service operator and the user, a dentist or dental clinic.
2. Service description
- AI-assisted plaque analysis from photographs
- Calculation of oral hygiene indices
- Generation of PDF reports
- Interdental brush and periodontal charts
- Automated patient reminders
3. Registration
- The user provides accurate registration data
- Clinicians confirm the required medical qualifications
- The user accepts personal-data processing
4. Payment and subscription
The service uses report packages and subscriptions. Pricing depends on the selected plan. Payments are processed through Tinkoff Bank. Refunds for unused reports may be requested within 14 days where applicable.
5. Medical disclaimer
AI analysis results are not a diagnosis and do not replace a clinician's consultation. The service is an assistive tool; final clinical decisions are made by the treating clinician.
6. Liability
- Clinical decisions made from service data
- Interruptions caused by external factors
- Loss of data resulting from violation of these Terms
7. Intellectual property
Odonta Index AI, including software, design, algorithms, and neural-network components, is the operator's intellectual property and is protected by applicable law.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved at the operator's location.
