• Oral cavity photographs
• Oral hygiene analysis results and patient questionnaire data
• Telegram ID when a bot is connected
• Payment information excluding bank-card details, which are processed by the payment provider

• Providing AI-assisted oral hygiene analysis
• Creating reports for doctors and patients
• Sending visit reminders
• Processing subscription payments
• Improving service quality and security

5. Storage and security

Personal data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation (Yandex Cloud). We use SSL/TLS transport encryption, bcrypt password hashing, time-limited authorization tokens, backups, and role-based access controls.

• Tinkoff Bank: payment processing
• Telegram: patient notifications only after the patient connects the bot
