  • Oral cavity photographs
  • Oral hygiene analysis results and patient questionnaire data
  • Telegram ID when a bot is connected
  • Payment information excluding bank-card details, which are processed by the payment provider

5. Storage and security

Personal data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. We use SSL/TLS transport encryption, bcrypt password hashing, short-lived HttpOnly authorization cookies, backups, two-factor authentication, audit logs, and role-based access controls.

  • Telegram: patient notifications only after the patient connects the bot

7. Cookies and analytics

The service uses necessary cookies for authentication and local settings. On public informational pages, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika load only after separate visitor consent and are used for aggregate navigation and conversion measurement. Third-party analytics and session recording are not used on patient pages, medical reports, or inside authenticated accounts. Cookies are not used to sell personal data.
