Odonta Index AI brings photos, indices, recommendations, reports, and reminders into a clinic workspace. Access is tenant-scoped and user actions are journalled.
Team workflow
A clinic creates clinician accounts, maintains patients in its workspace, and retains analysis history. Each clinician can access only permitted records. Two-factor authentication is available in security settings.

Patient communication
After confirmation, the clinician generates a PDF and shares a time-limited link. The public API does not expose date of birth or medical-record number. Visit reminders can use connected channels.
Integration
The backend provides a documented API for approved integrations with clinic systems. Data scope, legal basis, authentication, and logging are agreed before connection. Internal API documentation is not exposed publicly in production.
